Erin Condren Life Planners 2015

Erin Condren Life Planners 2015 | @loveorinspir8on | #LIblog

If you follow my blog, you probably have figured out that Erin Condren has a special place in my heart.

I consider my Erin products to be some of my favorite items!

Now with 2015 right around the corner, all the people who consider themselves “planner people” are figuring out which planner they will use for the coming year. I have looked into so many planners over the years, comparing page layouts, planner sturdiness, design, ease of use, etc and I seem to always go back to the wonderful Erin Condren Planners.

Now for work, I have started using the Whitney English Day Designer printable pages, but for my personal life, my Erin Condren Life Planner is still what keeps me on track!!

I will admit that within the past few months with so many life-changes going on, I have found myself using my Erin planner for “to-dos” more than appointments. {Mostly because everyone in the working world sends you calendar invites for everything} BUT how great that I have been able to easily adapt the Erin Condren Life Planner to my new lifestyle?!

If you read my post about triangles, you know how they seem to be my new favorite pattern, which is why I ended up choosing this triangle design this year!

Here is a look inside the 2015 Erin Condren Planner:

And now with the 2015 Erin Condren planner design, the covers are interchangeable {mine is pictured on the left in the picture below}!! That means if you want to have a new cover for Valentines Day or Halloween, YOU CAN. If you want to have both a fun cover and a blog/business cover {like me}, YOU CAN. Think of it like a phone case–if you are using your phone {or planner} regularly throughout most of your days, it definitely deserves a new outfit every once in a while! :)

Sounds creepy, I know, but its actually very cute!– and extra blank sticker sheets!}

Serve People Who Serve Others

This is a story you have to hear.

“The feelings were exaggerated so much that it felt like I lived an entire life in just one day.” When I read that quote from Simon, I had to watch this video. How could a man who has dedicated his entire career to speaking about living with a sense of purpose, cause, or belief wake up one day without a sense of purpose, therefore leading him to say such a bold statement?

I love watching Simon Sinek Videos because I always learn something about public speaking/story telling as well as receive a great take away. In this story, Simon points out that we should serve people who serve others. What a wonderful sense of purpose.

Hole #3 for 23

Hole #3 for 23 @loveorinspir8on #LIblog{Have you ever taken a picture of your ear? It is really strange–try it}

As I recently turned 23, I realized something:

  • 20 = entering your 20s
  • 21 = officially being able to enjoy wine with dinner
  • 22 = double number of course! It is just fun.
  • 23 = ……I wasn’t sure?

UNTIL TODAY. 23 means I need THREE ear piercings! I originally got my ears pierced at age 10–I remember the experience and the lollipop I got afterwards like it was yesterday. Then at age 18 I got my second holes pierced–my mom was 18 when she got her second holes pierced, so it just seemed to make sense! And of course hole #3 for 23 makes perfect sense.

I am also excited because once my third holes heal a little more, I plan on putting these “love” earrings in that are just so cute:

This is just the perfect example of how sometimes it is simply the little things in life that can bring you joy! So cliché, but oh so true.

Pattern Trends

I have no idea why, but I realized recently that I have this thing with patterns/shapes…

In high school, I really didn’t prefer polka dots. Basically I avoided them at all costs.

Then about sophomore year of college, I all of a sudden started really loving them…I thought it was strange that I was all of a sudden attracted to clothing and cute note books and really anything with polka dots!

Then this happened with stripes. At the beginning of college, stripes made me think of jail.

The fall of my Junior year, striped clothing started getting more stylish and again, I began to be attracted to striped dresses, skirts, shirts, etc. Especially fall clothing with stripes–couldn’t get enough.

Now I also hated triangles. They made me think of spikes, and my style is basically the very opposite. But now all of a sudden, within the last few months, I have noticed myself being very into triangles. Triangle necklaces, triangle note books, triangle patterns, etc.

Maybe my style is evolving? Maybe I am becoming more accepting of all of the shapes? Who knows! But I still love polka dots, stripes and now am warming up to triangles.

I thought I would share some of my favorite triangle things below:

#ARMHC Needs A New House!

#ARMHC Needs A New House | See post on @loveorinspir8onWHY does the Atlanta Ronald McDonald House Charities (ARMHC) Need a New House?

  • Since 2011, ARMHC has had to turn away more than 650 families because rooms weren’t available. With only 11-bedrooms and growing demand, the current House has a waiting list most nights.
  • A larger House is needed to fulfill the Charity’s mission of providing temporary housing and support services to families of children receiving medical care in Atlanta.
  • To meet this growing need, ARMHC is building a new 31-bedroom, three-story House at the current Peachtree Dunwoody location to replace the existing 11-bedroom facility, nearly tripling our capacity to serve families.
  • The new House is estimated to open in early 2016 and will feature:
    • 31 guest rooms with private baths
    • Full ADA accessibility, including an elevator and roll-in showers
    • Energy-efficient, sustainable design built to LEED standards
    • A full pantry and kitchen with dining areas
    • An innovative, indoor treehouse to aid in healing through play
